- Exchange Period:
- Onsra accepts exchanges within 3 days from the date the customer receives the order.
- Exchange Conditions:
- Products must remain in their original condition, free from damage or stains, with all tags attached, and must not have been altered, used, washed, or subjected to any laundry or treatment process. Onsra reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the returned product does not meet the conditions stated above.
- Customers may exchange products for other items of equal or higher value. For products of lower value, Onsra will not refund the price difference.
- Only 1 exchange is allowed per order.
- Products purchased under promotional or discounted programs are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Purchased products cannot be returned for a refund.
- For products with manufacturing defects, including discoloration, color fading, fabric defects, stitching defects, design defects, etc., Onsra will recall and replace the product with the same item for the customer.
- Exchange Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping fees and any additional costs incurred during the exchange process.
- Customers are kindly requested to pack products carefully when returning them for exchange to avoid damage during transportation. Onsra is not responsible for handling or resolving any issues related to damage caused during shipping and will not work directly with the shipping carrier in such cases.

- Hand wash gently to maintain the product’s durability and appearance.
- Use cold water when washing.
- Do not soak the product for too long or use strong detergents/bleach, as this may cause color fading and affect the fabric quality.
- Turn the garment inside out before washing to help preserve the color and fabric surface.
- Do not tumble dry at high temperatures to avoid shrinkage and distortion of the garment shape.
- Dry in a well-ventilated area and avoid direct strong sunlight.
- Steam iron at a medium temperature.
- Wash light-colored and dark-colored garments separately.
- Store in a dry and airy place to prevent mold and mildew.
Note:
Some dark-colored cotton products may experience slight color bleeding during the first few washes. This is a normal characteristic of the fabric.
